The small print, in plain English
- Hours are arranged one at a time. Once we've met, you're welcome to request your next hour.
- Each business can use up to 5 free hours in total, however you spread them out.
- The pool is 10 hours per month across all founders, first come first served, so we can't guarantee a slot in any given month.
- These are advisory sessions: honest guidance and direction, not free implementation work or deliverables.
- If you can't make a session, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and late cancellations count toward your 5 hours.
- We collect your name, business name, and email so we can run the sessions. Your details are handled as described in our privacy policy and we won't spam you.
- Advice is given in good faith by experienced engineers, but it isn't legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and decisions you make remain your own.
- We may cancel bookings that don't follow these terms, for example block-booking several hours at once.
