SurgoTech Solutions ("we", "us", "our") is a software consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. We build custom software, automate business processes, and integrate third-party tools for our clients.

Enquiry emails are retained in our email inbox for up to 2 years after the enquiry is resolved. We review retained data annually and delete personal data that is no longer needed. We do not maintain a separate customer marketing database for contact form submissions.
